You don't need to arrive with a clear sense of what's wrong. You just need to be ready to look at it.

How I work.
I work relationally — which means I pay close attention to what happens between us in the room, not just what you tell me about your life outside it.
Sessions are unhurried. We work at your pace. I won't push you toward an insight before you're ready for it.
I draw on person-centred and psychodynamic approaches, which means I'm less interested in quick fixes and more interested in understanding what's underneath.
A little about me.
I became a therapist because I know what it's like to feel stuck — to have the words for what's wrong but not be able to move through it alone.
I've been in practice for over five years, working with adults across a wide range of difficulties. I trained at [Training Institute] and I'm registered with the BACP.
Outside the therapy room I'm a reader, a walker, and someone who believes that being known — really known — is one of the most healing things there is.
